John is doing a program at his library and we gathered these online resources for kids. There are some pretty fun things and I thought it would be handy if my kids could access it all from one kid-friendly page. I have looked at all these sites, but not thoroughly explored them, so as with any time online, watch your kids. Just click on the logo to take you to the site. Towards the bottom are some library database resources that sound sort of boring, but are pretty fun. Tumble Books and BookFlix, especially. Younger kids may need some help getting started.
Most of the kid sites listed also have resources for parents and educators. This site does not have a children’s page, but does have things for adults to share with children.
